When com­mu­ni­ty mem­bers raise ques­tions about weed man­age­ment and lake health, it comes from a deep, shared care for our water­shed.  To ensure our com­mu­ni­ty can eval­u­ate lake man­age­ment deci­sions based on sound sci­ence and offi­cial facts, the Lake Maspenock Preser­va­tion Asso­ci­a­tion (LMPA) and the Lake Maspenock Weed Man­age­ment & Con­trol Advi­so­ry Group (CIG- Cit­i­zen Input Group) have pub­lished a com­pre­hen­sive edu­ca­tion­al guide: Pro­tect­ing Lake Maspenock Together.
