Malcolm spoke with Con Comm on Monday, Don McAdams said they are fine with not doing survey this time.

Question was raised, why didn’t it go all the way down, gate was not opened enough

Con Comm is in support of extended draw downs, we need solutions for Spindle Island

Full notice of intent would need to be drafted

HOW CAN I HELP THE LAKE

Help protect our local water quality by joining the Adopt-a-Drain - Massachusetts program! Storm drains flow directly to streams, lakes, and beaches, acting as a conduit for trash and pollutants. By volunteering just fifteen minutes, twice a month, to keep a nearby storm drain clear of leaves, trash, and other debris, you can make a significant difference. Not only will you protect Lake Maspenock, but you will also protect other local streams, lakes, and beaches closer to you! It's easy to get started: simply Sign Up online, enter your address to find a drain on the map, and adopt it in your neighborhood! You can also easily Track Impact by reporting the debris you collect on your online account.
