1. Review and vote to accept minutes from March 7th meeting

2. Treasurer’s Report
$3,148.14 (Ball park, Tina needed to add some deposits)
Taxes done, everything looks good
Tina will send out another membership email June/July.
3. Fishing Tournament
12 paid boats in advance, 3 paid that day
10 boats all together participated
People had a great time
4 lbs 11 oz. – Largest Bass
28 fish caught all together
Boat inspection should be part of the sign in next time
$200.00 in funding approved by Executive Bd. vote in April was expended to cover costs such as trophies, paper goods, food
Cash prizes:
50% for winner, 35% 2nd place, 15% 3rd place

4. EMC Town Meeting Zoning Article
Busy with hearings, etc. EMC pulled article off of town warrant but its not going away. Will be revisited in the Fall.
Proposal from Malcolm:
Motion: Form a Subcommittee to meet with EMC officials,
Drew, Malcolm, Mike and Dave Gibbs,
reporting back to the E‑Board.
Second: Tina
Vote: 8 in favor, one abstained
Malcolm to research possibility of 4‑story parking structure
One of the next steps: All E‑Board Members meets with total membership in special meeting, to be determined, after subcommittee meets with EMC officials.
5. Family Fun Day and Annual Meeting – 2nd Weekend in June
Saturday, June 9th – Rain date of Sunday, June 10th
Tina and Patty available and will coordinate event
Animal Adventures – Tina to call
Brian to get permit
11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Animals – 12:30 pm
6. Elections –
Matt McCoy (Executive Board Member, not seeking re-election)
Lou Prystsas (Executive Board Member, seeking re-election)
Malcolm Page (Present, Executive board, seeking re-election)
Malcolm will be preparing a release indicating that all 3 positions are open for any interested qualified members who would like to run
7. New Business
Water Testing – reaffirm voting from last year
Vote to spend $600 dollars –
Motion: Fund continued water testing

Sandy Beach Improvement Passed at Town Meeting –
$330,000 to fix Sandy Beach
New Tree Program
Bath House
Need to get Dam Committee Board back together
Mike will continue to coordinate the formation and revival of the Dam Committee with the Hopkinton Town Manager. He will work on how members of the committee will be selected and who will be eligible.
Review of new brochure created by Lou – looks good!
